Are you ready to dive deep into the world of marketing finance? Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Finance Analyst to support their Marketing function for a 12-month temporary contract based in the vibrant Whitechapel, London! ?️ With an hourly rate ranging from £27.16 to £29.16, this role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while working just 2 minutes from Aldgate East train station. ?

About the Role:
As a Marketing Finance Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of marketing programmes and improving ROI. You'll be at the forefront of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Collaborating with a diverse team of marketing managers across the EMEA region, you'll refine and develop essential marketing finance processes. Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to develop financial forecasts and provide insights to enhance financial performance. ?
Marketing Finance Management: Regularly interact with Marketing Operations and Regional Marketing stakeholders to maintain support documentation related to marketing expenses.
Financial Planning: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
Accrual Process Leadership: Work with marketing managers to ensure that reported spending is accurate and reflective of real-time data.
Training & Development: Be the subject matter expert and conduct training sessions for marketing managers across the region regarding process updates. ?

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Experience in marketing, preferably in project management or marketing operations.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to cultivate business partner relationships and communicate effectively. ?
Strategic Thinker: Keen strategic point of view with experience in preparing and presenting strategic presentations.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in marketing, technology, or finance.
Finance Acumen: Demonstrated strategic finance or accounting capabilities. ?
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
Adaptable: Comfortable navigating an ever-changing environment of finance and accounting challenges.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
