We’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Executive to help bring our brand to life, raise awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth. This is a varied, hands-on role with scope for creativity, collaboration, and development – ideal for someone with up to 3 years of marketing experience looking to take the next step in a B2B environment. The role also involves regular interaction with senior stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the confidence to engage at all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns, tailored to each platform, audience, and objectives.
  • Write and produce compelling content, including website articles, case studies, email campaigns, award entries, and visuals to support brand storytelling and lead generation.
  • Lead the creation of video content for social media - developing briefs, scripting, and overseeing production to ensure on-brand, engaging material.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including SEO and paid advertising, collaborating with our external agency to drive website traffic and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, predominantly LinkedIn, with regular, on-brand content.
  • Maintain a content calendar, planning and scheduling posts and campaigns.
  • Assist with internal communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our tone of voice.
  • Help manage and update content on our company intranet.
  • Liaise with external partners such as designers, videographers, and printers.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activity.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing innovations, including AI tools for content creation and campaign optimisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B or professional service-based industries.
  • Strong content creation skills - excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Design skills (Adobe InDesign) are desirable.
  • Experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) is desirable.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with senior management.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
