Role Overview

We’re a team on a mission to ensure every brand within size?, HIP, and Foot Patrol is perfectly positioned to raise each brand’s profile and maximize opportunities from organic social, third-party partnerships, and retail channels to drive commercial results. As a Marketing Executive, your role is to forge emotional connections through creating relevant content and activations that boost brand awareness, market share, and build a bond with our audiences.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you will use your campaign management skills to advance the brands by managing and delivering marketing initiatives, positioning each as a leader within their niche of the streetwear category.

You will be responsible for delivering cohesive campaigns aligned with brand strategies by collaborating with our Social, Third Party Brand (3PB), Multichannel (Paid, CRM, Digital, Trade), Retail, Buying, and Merchandising teams. You need to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, produce a high volume of assets, adhere to brand standards, and demonstrate creativity and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily marketing operations focusing on ‘new in product,’ ‘commercial pushes,’ and ‘retail support’
  • Maintain brand calendars and schedule omnichannel activities, with a focus on size?
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and optimize content opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate marketing events and activations as part of broader initiatives
  • Handle seasonal product briefs and deliver relevant content to teams
  • Manage ‘new in’ and ‘commercial pushes’ content delivery
  • Oversee campaign creative development with internal and external teams, ensuring brand guidelines are met
  • Manage POS rollouts, window installations, and retail communications
  • Oversee stock removals
  • Conduct retail store visits to assess campaign effectiveness and support retail footfall
  • Understand campaign commercial goals and propose initiatives to drive success
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing output
  • Work flexibly to attend brand events or oversee retail installations as needed
Skills, Experience, And Knowledge Required
  • Passion for products across size?, HIP, and Foot Patrol
  • Understanding of core consumers and engaging content creation
  • Proven creativity and good taste levels
  • Relevant marketing experience with transferable skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, able to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office and relevant software
  • Retail experience is advantageous
  • Hold a valid driving license and passport; willing to travel UK and internationally
