The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone aspiring to launch their career in marketing and content creation. This is an entry level position ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and communication.

As a Marketing Assistant / Content Creator, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and deliver a comprehensive program of written, visual, and video marketing content. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Content Creation: Developing engaging content to showcase our services, people, and impact, including white papers, case studies, and award nominations.
2. Website Administration: Drafting and publishing website updates using WordPress, and work on improving SEO/AI rankings.
3. Event Support: Assist in managing event attendance, from venue research to social media promotion and lead generation.
4. Operational Reporting: Ensure all marketing leads are logged in our CRM system and produce monthly reports on marketing performance.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this position here are a few of the things we'll be looking for:

1. Key Skills: Excellent attention to detail and fantastic communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Design and copywriting skills would be beneficial.
2. Experience: This is an entry level position; however, any previous experience in a commercial marketing role would be useful. Experience with AI-supported copywriting, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, and LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool is also desirable.
3. Personality: We are looking for a proactive, creative team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for learning and development.
