Marketing Executive Part-TimeHall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer of Badger Beers that owns over 160 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Brand Marketing team on a part-time basis. Working across our much-loved Badger Beer and bold craft range Outland Beer, this is a varied and hands-on role, in a great fun sector. From helping bring campaigns to life and supporting events, to managing suppliers, social media and customer queries, no two days will be the same.

- £18,000 salary per annum (Part Time)
- Standard schedule working 22.5 hours Mon-Weds

Apply if you are:Someone early in their marketing career or a returner who’s ready to learn, roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You don’t need years of experience – we’ll support your growth – but we are looking for someone who’s:
- Organised, reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks
- A great communicator – written and verbal
- Excellent at building relationships across the business
- Comfortable using social media platforms (particularly Instagram and Facebook)
- Curious, creative and full of ideas
- Happy working both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic about brands, marketing, and ideally beer!
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A professional with some experience in marketing and events
- A driver with access to independent transport
- Able and willing to work weekends with late or early starts during festival/event season as required
Example responsibilities of the role – over time:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- On-Trade Campaign Support: Successful in-house marketing of the annual beer calendar (products and promotions) in both our managed and tenanted pubs.
- Creative Project Management: Coordinate creative asset production, working with internal teams and external agencies to meet deadlines and deliver strong, on-brand content.
- Event Planning: Help organise and deliver consumer events, brand activations and sampling campaigns – including logistics and supplier liaison.
- Social Media & Community Management: Help concept and deliver content for use across brand social channels, respond to customer comments and messages, and monitor engagement.
- Customer Service: Support day-to-day management of customer enquiries and feedback received via social media, email and other platforms.
- Financial Admin: Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking spend against budgets.
- Supplier Coordination: Build relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Previous experience and knowledge of marketing in food and beverages, Hospitality or a similar sector would be an advantage
