Taylor & Francis Group is seeking a Marketing Executive - Paid Social to join our Performance Marketing Team on a permanent basis. This role reports to the Paid Social Manager and collaborates with marketing planning, analytics, and wider business units.
You will own paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, driving growth with a sharp ROI focus and leveraging cross-functional input to optimize budgets and performance. 3 days in-person at Milton Park, Oxfordshire, with hybrid flexibility.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive - Paid Social to join our Performance Marketing Team on a permanent basis.
This role will be a key player in the implementation and development of paid social at Taylor & Francis, maximizing growth and return on investment. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, the successful candidate will be a keen collaborator, regularly liaising with planning teams within marketing, analytics teams, and the wider business.

When you’re not spending time together in one of our offices or other workplaces – like at conference – you get the flexibility and support to work from home or remotely.
The successful candidate will be able to utiliseour balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within acommutable distance of our officesto ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time, with those 3 days a week spent in our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
