Marketing Executive - Immediate Start
Location: Cardiff (Office-based, minimum 3 days per week)
Rate: Hourly - Competitive
Start Date: Within the next 1-2 weeks
Contract: Ongoing interim assignment
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic Interim Marketing Executive to join a dynamic, forward-thinking law firm based in Cardiff. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build on their marketing experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment. While previous experience in the legal sector is not required, we are looking for someone who is organised, creative, and eager to contribute.
About the Role
As Interim Marketing Executive, you will play a hands-on role across a wide range of generalist marketing activities. Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider team, you will assist in delivering marketing campaigns, managing events, producing digital content, and supporting the firm's overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and schedule content for the website, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events.
• Help maintain consistency of brand messaging and materials.
• Conduct basic research on market trends and competitor activity.
• Assist in producing marketing collateral to support business development activity.
• Maintain and update client data within CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident with digital platforms, social media, and basic design tools (training can be provided if needed).
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on varied tasks.
