Qualifications

What you'll be doing:



  • Bringing consumer insight and data to life through impactful shopper marketing plans.

  • Keeping online platforms fresh and engaging with promotional content and brand visibility.

  • Working closely with the Commercial, Category, and Development teams, presenting your findings and helping shape strategy.

  • Playing a key role in campaign evaluation, ensuring marketing efforts drive growth and efficiency.



What we're looking for:



  • Basic Experience in Marketing or Commercial roles (FMCG a bonus!)

  • Confident interpreting data and turning insights into action

  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects

  • A team player who's also confident working independently
