A growing FMCG business is seeking a Marketing Executive to assist in developing impactful shopper marketing plans and enhancing online visibility. This role offers a hybrid working environment with 2-3 days in the office, collaborative team culture, and opportunities for career progression. Ideal candidates should have basic marketing experience, comfort with data interpretation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Basic experience in marketing or commercial roles, FMCG experience is a bonus.
  • Confident interpreting data and turning insights into action.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • A team player who is also confident working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing consumer insight and data to life through impactful shopper marketing plans.
  • Keeping online platforms fresh and engaging with promotional content and brand visibility.
  • Working closely with various teams, presenting findings to help shape strategy.
  • Playing a key role in campaign evaluation to ensure marketing efforts drive growth.
