Job Description:

This is an exciting role for a Marketing / Social Media Executive / Graphic Designer to join Academicis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Responsible for creating literature, flyers, digital designs such as email banners and social media graphics.
• Digital Marketing: Assist with website maintenance (WordPress), social media management (Hootsuite), SEO, and email campaigns (MailChimp).
• Copywriting: Write and proofread content for the website, literature, and social media posts.
• Marketing Strategy: Own and improve marketing strategies, lead new initiatives.
• Photography & Videography: Assist with or lead photography shoots, editing photos, filming, and editing videos. (Desirable)
• Other Responsibilities: Identify target audiences, develop and evaluate marketing campaigns, and develop campaign content.

Key Measures & Targets:

• Manage time expectations on requests.
• Ensure artwork is completed within deadlines.
• Proactively identify business needs during quieter periods.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
