Mulberry Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in Godalming. The role centers on creating and delivering multi-channel campaigns, managing digital channels and turning financial concepts into clear, engaging messages.

You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and wider team to drive campaigns, support new business and develop your marketing career in a flexible, supportive environment with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Creative, driven and commercially minded marketing professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with CRM and analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Create and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract, engage and retain customers.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media, email marketing and website platforms.
• Content & Communications: Translate complex financial concepts into clear marketing messages.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the Sales & Marketing Director and wider team to deliver effective marketing strategies.
• Sales Support: Provide marketing materials and resources to support new business.
• Business Development Support: Assist the internal team with new inquiries.
