Your new role

Enhance customer retention by creating, executing, evaluating, and optimizing sales and inspirational emails across relevant brands, aligning with content marketing plans and KPIs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Email Marketing Schedule
  • Plan, create, and deploy email campaigns across relevant brands.
  • Follow an agreed-upon framework for frequency and format.
E-mail Templates
  • Develop and refine a suite of efficient email templates.
Alignment
  • Ensure messaging within emails aligns with the content calendar used across all communication channels.
Optimization
  • Periodically assess email targeting to maximize sales, manage costs, and minimize deliverability issues.
  • Monitor sender reputation scores.
Innovation
  • Track competitor activity to identify additional opportunities for all brands under the group.
Testing Framework
  • Implement a testing framework across the email schedule for each brand to explore alternative solutions for improved performance.
KPI Reporting
  • Develop KPI reports for the entire email program, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
  • Work effectively across the wider marketing team and other business functions.
Consistency
  • Ensure all activities adhere to brand guidelines and integrate with other digital and offline efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience

  • Experience working with ESP platforms.
  • Background in email or digital marketing roles.

Expertise

  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and metrics.
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging content.

Business Acumen

  • Ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on ROI.
