Mk Consult is seeking a Marketing Executive to own digital and traditional marketing across our regional contracting business. You will work closely with senior management, project teams and social value professionals to showcase projects, people and achievements through engaging content and campaigns.

The role combines marketing, media, content creation and branding, with hands-on site visits and autonomy to drive brand awareness across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or Media Executive roles.
• Experience in construction, property or built environment is a plus.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing multiple social channels.
• Knowledge of website development and SEO.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company website.
• Lead SEO strategy and performance management.
• Monitor website analytics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with external website and marketing partners.
• Create photography and video content from live projects.
• Capture drone footage and project progress updates.
• Produce case studies and project success stories.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Support sponsorships, community engagement and events.
• Attend networking events and project launches.
• Produce marketing collateral, presentations and board reports.
