We’re looking for a confident and reliableMarketing Executive / Clinic Coordinatorto join our award-winning team atThe India Gabrielle Clinic, based inBexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.
This unique, hands-on role blends digital marketing with front-of-house coordination, offering the opportunity to shape client experiences both online and in-clinic.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining our brand presence, managing client communications, and supporting the smooth running of the clinic day-to-day.

Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Media:
- Manage the clinic website (via Squarespace), keeping content current, visually engaging and SEO optimised.
- Design and schedule social media content using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok.
- Plan and implement email campaigns via Mailchimp and Squarespace.
- Develop brand awareness and engagement through effective content and strategy.
- Create print-based marketing materials such as treatment menus, posters, and brochures.
Clinic Coordination & Client Care:
- Promote and sell treatment plans and skincare products.
- Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional front-of-house service.
- Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Answer email and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage appointment bookings using Ovatu.
- Process client payments via EPOS Now and Stripe.
- Maintain accurate monthly transaction records using Google Sheets.
- Keep an up-to-date log of supplies and stock to ensure timely ordering and maintain general clinic supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.
- Pack and dispatch online product orders.
- Check and accurately file client consent forms with strong attention to detail.
- Send post-treatment review requests via text message.
- Manage and update the clinic’s Google Business Profile.
- Use IT systems confidently and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in social media, marketing, or sales.
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for client care.
- Able to build trust and strong relationships with clients from first contact.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling client records, forms and GDPR.
- Friendly, well-presented, and confident in client-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetics, advanced skin & laser treatments, and permanent makeup.
- Comfortable with IT equipment, software, and digital platforms.
- Confident using tools like Canva, Squarespace, Mailchimp, and social media for business.
- Familiarity with online booking systems (preferably Ovatu).
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
