About the role:

As a Marketing Executive within our Greyhound division, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Greyhound Marketing Manager in delivering engaging, creative campaigns that drive attendance and revenue across raceday and non-raceday activities. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in executing multi-channel campaigns and delivering outstanding brand experiences at our venues.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple Greyhound sites
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing assets are on-brand, timely, and within budget
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign materials are accurate and aligned with strategy
  • Conduct competitor research and report key insights
  • Identify and develop marketing partnerships with other venues and sporting organisations
  • Produce a weekly marketing activity report for the Marketing Manager
  • Help coordinate on-site promotional activity and data capture initiatives
  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Work with CRM and Digital teams to ensure integrated and targeted campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints

The person we are looking for as a Marketing Executive has…

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related field
  • Confidence in supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
