Are you an organised, detail-driven marketer who thrives on deadlines and delivering high-quality content?

Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, is looking for a proactive Directories Executive to join their Marketing team, supporting the delivery of impactful content and managing their legal directories programme. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects run to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality content for use across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end legal directories submission process
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and continuously improve processes for efficiency
  • Compile and manage client referee lists, ensuring consent and accurate data
  • Analyse and report on directory rankings, collaborating with the communications team on announcements
  • Draft and edit submission content where required, and liaise with external consultants where applicable
  • Act as the main point of contact with directory account leads, managing schedules, category updates, and platform enhancements
  • Support the Content team in maintaining the Marketing Content Repository and delivering other content initiatives
  • Assist the Business Development team with legal matter content for pitches, credentials, and website updates

About You:

  • Experience in a marketing team
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, diplomatic manner
  • Strong team player with a flexible and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
