We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years hands-on experience in delivering marketing strategies and tactics. You will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
About Your Role
- Produce engaging content and marketing materials for use across digital platforms, traditional print, and PR, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist with organising and delivering events and exhibitions, ensuring all promotional materials, logistics and communications are coordinated effectively.
- Plan, implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring activity aligns with campaign goals and delivers strong ROI.
- Provide monthly performance reports and analysis across marketing channels, offering insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Support the development and functionality of the company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and optimised for SEO and user experience.
We're Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar, with CIM Level 4+ qualification (or working towards).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally with exposure to e-commerce.
- Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Experience with SEO, website CMS platforms, and email marketing automation tools.
- Able to create and edit visual assets using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).
- Great communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident, proactive, and creative with a commercial mind-set and strong analytical skills.
