Qualifications

Job description

CS2, part of RSK Group, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing team on a part‑time FTC basis in Northampton or London to cover maternity leave. Whilst this is a fixed‑term role at present, there is the potential for it to become a full‑time role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in‑house marketing expertise and support the business with all marketing-related functions and activities, including conceiving, developing and delivering the marketing strategy.
  • Partner key stakeholders in the organisation to drive forward and implement the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisational goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with the marketing director and other in‑house experts to identify industry trends, opportunities and threats, and consider internal and external factors impacting the business.
  • Develop expert content to feed into marketing materials and communications, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and produce key marketing materials and literature, coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications (including newsletters, CVs, case studies, practice profiles, flyers, blogs and merchandise).
  • Manage the company website and all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook), producing new content and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Update and maintain marketing department documentation and databases and assist with the collation of information material for the organisation.
  • Manage PR and charity events, including booking venues, managing guest lists and attending events as required.
  • Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities and maintain an up-to‑date awareness of current marketing trends.
  • Liaise with colleagues and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business development and ensure collaborative marketing functions across the company.
  • Coordinate and plan annual (group) charity collaborations and fundraising initiatives and coordinate the publicising of these events as part of the marketing strategy.
