Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead offline marketing initiatives? Working for a successful high end consumer products business this role focuses on brochure production, product imagery, and marketing tool updates, working alongside internal teams and managing creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brochure & Product Launches – Plan and execute biannual brochure launches, ensuring engaging layouts, brand consistency, and effective distribution.
  • Creative Asset Management – Maintain and expand a library of high-quality CGI lifestyle imagery for marketing campaigns.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee marketing tool updates, including CAD platforms and price lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Supplier & Agency Management – Lead relationships with creative agencies, ensuring high-quality design and campaign support.
  • Customer & Sales Support – Provide marketing tools and assistance to support sales teams and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
  • Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, suppliers, or freelancers.
  • Interest in interiors, design, or lifestyle branding.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva.
