Role: Marketing Executive - Permanent - Maghera

VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Marketing Executive to permanent position. This dynamic organisation is based in Maghera, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to imperative marketing campaigns and initiatives in a supportive, professional environment. There is a massive element of progression with this role that will be happily discussed. This role is office based.

  • Salary - £26,000 - £32,000
  • On-site parking

The Role

  • Assist in organising and attending external events such as trade shows, open days, school visits, and conferences.
  • Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide accurate, timely updates and insights for monthly reporting and management meetings.
  • Produce compelling project case studies following completion, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained from clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee consistent branding across all company materials, including digital platforms, brochures, and promotional merchandise.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost visibility and promote company services effectively.
  • Create and curate content for both online and offline platforms, including blog posts, social media, and printed media.
  • Support the delivery of ad hoc marketing-related tasks as required by the business.
  • Use performance metrics and data insights to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Partner with design agencies and creative professionals to enhance brand awareness through collaborative campaigns.

The Person

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a comparable marketing role.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across all tasks.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and capable of managing multiple tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in utilising key social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to support brand visibility.
  • Familiarity with a range of marketing tools and software, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics/Reporting.
