TITLE: Marketing Executive

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

LOCATION: Loughborough

SALARY: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

HOURS: 37.5 hours, 8.30-5.00, Monday to Friday

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be passionate about driving brand awareness, engagement and conversations through digital channels.

Role profile:

  • Producing engaging content across digital platforms, print & PR.
  • Assisting with organising and delivering events and exhibitions.
  • Plan, implement & optimise paid advertising.
  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns and making further recommendations.
  • Updating and creating company website content.

Person profile:

  • Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines & communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident, proactive, and creative with a commercial mind set.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Essential criteria:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business with CIM level 4+ qual (or working towards)
  • Min of 3 years’ in marketing role, with exposure to e-commerce.
  • Track record of paid advertising.
  • Experience with SE, website CMS platforms & marketing automation tools.
  • Create & edit visual assess using design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)
