Job summary

Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive in Liskeard to plan and deliver marketing campaigns across channels. You will create engaging content, manage lists and data, and collaborate with teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and goals.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in marketing and experience with Mailchimp, CRM systems and campaign reporting.

Marketing Executive

Location: Liskeard
Contract: Fixed-term 6 months / Hybrid - 3 days in office
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE, pro rata for the 6-month contract

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help plan and deliver marketing campaigns that reach the right customers and support the growth of the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work across different marketing channels, create engaging content and help make sure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve their goals.

• Comfortable working across digital and traditional marketing.
• Highly organised and able to manage several projects at once.
• Confident working with data and campaign results.
• Good at managing deadlines and working with different people.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Customer-focused and able to understand different audiences.
• Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms.

It would be great if you also have:

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing role.
• A marketing qualification or relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Experience using CRM, website or marketing reporting systems.
• Experience working in a customer-focused industry.
