Marketing Executive – 12 month FTC
Flexible (travel to Ipswich up to 3 times per month required)
Up to £34,000

About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to play an integral role in our dynamic Customer Market Team. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping customer-facing communications, crafting compelling campaigns, and supporting departments across the business to bring marketing initiatives to life. Play a key role within the marketing team, producing various types of marketing content, customer communications and campaigns

- Develop and deliver engaging marketing content, customer communications, and multi-channel campaigns
- Lead on both operational and promotional communications to customers and brokers. Collaborate with teams company-wide, copywrite, gain approvals, format and deliver communications.
- Support with the mapping, analysis and optimisation of customer journeys to enhance customer engagement and deliver insight-led customer experiences.
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, including product experts, operations, legal, compliance, sales, and smart departments
- Manage and execute scheduled and ad hoc customer communications
- Provide hands-on support for marketing activities and assist in other business initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and activities, offering regular updates to the Marketing Manager

Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a passion for honing your marketing expertise
- A highly organised approach, confidence working independently, and the drive to thrive in a creative team environment
- A commercial mindset, with a focus on results and an eye for detail
- Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or a recognised marketing qualification would be advantageous
- A willingness to expand and grow your knowledge and skills within the role

We’ll focus on your development in copywriting, communications and campaigns. We have a great track record for development and internal promotion opportunities
