We are highly collaborative, working with councils and communities to create a shared vision and to unlock a mix of social, environmental, economic and commercial value that benefits all our stakeholders.

Our passion for quality and design underpins everything we do. All Berkeley homes are created with care, expertise and relentless attention to detail.

  • Supporting the installation and dressing of marketing suites and show apartments in collaboration with appointed interior designers.
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of lifestyle, product, site and event photography shoots, including scheduling, supplier liaison and the management of photography assets and archives.
  • Working with appointed creative and media agencies to develop and supply assets for print and digital advertising.
  • Assisting with planning and delivery of content on group and development social media channels and suggesting ways to increase engagement.

  • Managing updates to MyHomePlus for each phase launch and working with sales teams to increase customer sign-ups.
  • Co-ordinating with the international Berkeley Group offices to ensure they are fully stocked with necessary marketing collateral and information.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of overseas exhibitions and events, including model logistics, event setup, promotional activity and liaison with the UK-based International Desk and overseas offices.
  • Ensuring that all departmental invoices and purchase orders are authorised and suppliers are paid in a timely manner.

  • Proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to use initiative, solve problems and drive tasks forward independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and add value.
  • Effective listening, communication and relationship-building skills.
