An investment company with offices in Leeds is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. This hybrid role would be ideal for a Marketing professional who is looking for that challenging second role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience using Mailchimp and Canva.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, ideally Claude.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Content creation for various channels.
• Designing infographics for campaigns and reports.
• Contributing to press releases and case studies.
• Write and contribute to case studies and other materials.
• Stakeholder communications and liaison with teams.
• Update the company website and marketing materials.
• Manage logistics for marketing filming projects.
• Event support including venue sourcing and supplier liaison.

• Event support includes, but is not exclusive to, venue sourcing and booking, supplier research and liaison, delegate information management

The Marketing Executive role is a hybrid role, working Tuesday- Thursday in the office, the successful candidate will have;

• Experience of Mailchimp & Canva
• Working knowledge of AI, ideally Claude
