Job summary

Care UK is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager and sales team across our network of care homes. You will drive digital presence, develop compelling copy, and help deliver end-to-end campaigns.

Collaborating with operational teams, you will manage printed materials, AV productions from briefing to publication, and assist with budget monitoring. Some travel between homes is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced role with multiple deadlines and projects.

• Experience working with external agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with operational teams to deliver end-to-end sales and marketing programs.
• Manage the production of printed materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the digital presence of care homes on internal and external directories.
• Develop written copy for digital, social media, printed collateral, advertising and advertorials.
• Coordinate audio-visual production from briefing through editing to publication.
• Support budgeting and financial processes for marketing spend.

The role:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and sales team across our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operational teams to collaboratively deliver an effective end to end sales and marketing program
• Manage the production of printed materials from end to end to ensure all program materials are delivered on time
• Take ownership of the digital presence of our homes on both internal and external directories
• Confidently develop written copy for a range of channels, including digital, social media, printed collateral, advertising and advertorial
• With support from the marketing manager, manage the production of audio visual from briefing through to editing and publication
• Understand RCS financial processes and support the senior team in the monitoring and management of marketing budgets
