We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive, working on ahybrid basiswith 2 days at our office in Bristol.You’ll be part of our growing Brand and Communications team working for an iconic brand.

About the role:

You’ll be supporting the Acquisition team with the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with our friendly in-house creative studio to develop end to end campaigns for all web acquisition product and offer updates.
  • Working closely with the Performance Marketing team to monitor performance of all our direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns and support on providing insights to improve executions.
  • Supporting digital and content teams to help deliver successful B2C web journeys and identifying opportunities for testing and optimisation.
  • Being a brand champion – ensuring a consistent tone of voice and creative across our brand estate.
  • Working closely with the SEO performance marketing teamto ensure we’re capitalising on any new product changes to help boost traffic.
  • Managing the delivery ofcampaign projects, with clear timing plans.
  • Ensuring all customer communications and documentation is clear, fair and not misleading; is designed in line with ASA guidance and FCA rules and guidance; and is compliant with data protection law and any other relevant legislation.

Key skills andexperience

We’re looking for someone with a business or marketing degree. Ideally, you’d have at least 1-2 year’s marketing experience in a fast-paced consumer business.

You’llneed to make sure the customer is at the heart of everything you do. A real self-starter who thrives on working to tight deadlines and juggling priorities with excellent organisation skills.

The successful person will be able to show excellent listening and communication skills and be dynamic, flexible, and adaptable to change. As a team player you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills but can also work on your own initiative. If you have a keen eye for detail and a creative flare, then this is the role for you.
