Overview

Digital Waffle is a Birmingham-based Digital & Tech recruitment agency, founded in 2018 and now a team of 19. We’re growing quickly and looking to strengthen our internal marketing function with the addition of a Marketing Executive to work alongside our Head of Marketing.

We’ve built a reputation for having one of the strongest marketing reaches in the recruitment industry, and now we’re looking for someone who can help us take our content, branding and design to the next level.

Role: Marketing Executive • Location: Birmingham (hybrid working available) • Salary: up to £30,000 per annum.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting content creation across blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Developing and enhancing the company’s branding across digital and print assets
  • Designing visual assets for social channels, presentations, and events
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns and projects
  • Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to grow awareness and engagement
What you’ll need
  • Experience in a marketing role with a focus on content, branding, and design
  • Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva or similar)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Any experience in recruitment, digital, or tech would be a bonus
