Kin Collective Recruitment is partnering with an established healthcare business to recruit a Marketing Executive for its Bedford team. You'll support campaigns, events, content, and broader marketing projects in a collaborative environment.

We’re partnering with an established healthcare business looking for a Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team.
Supporting a varied portfolio of healthcare products and services, you’ll work across campaigns, events, content and wider marketing projects. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a marketing graduate or an early-career marketer to gain broad experience within an innovative and growing sector.
Working closely with the Marketing and Product Manager, you’ll support marketing activity across several areas of the healthcare business. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities including:
This role could suit a recent marketing graduate with some relevant work experience or an early-career marketer with around one to three years’ experience. Healthcare sector experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be useful, but this is not a graphic design-led position. The team is looking for someone who wants to develop as a well-rounded marketer across campaigns, content, events and project delivery.
This is an opportunity to build broad, hands‑on marketing experience within a forward‑thinking healthcare business. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects across several parts of the organisation, work with a wide range of stakeholders and join a small, agile team where your ideas and development will be supported.
The role is based at the company’s Bedford office. You’ll initially be expected to spend more time in the office during your first few months, helping you get to know the team, products and wider business. Once established, the role will follow a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two from home.
You’ll need to live within a realistic commuting distance of Bedford, including areas such as Milton Keynes, Luton, Biggleswade, Sandy, Flitwick, Ampthill, Rushden, St Neots and surrounding locations.
We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
