Job description

Rolls-Royce Sunningdale has a fantastic opportunity available for a junior-level Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team.

The successful candidate will become part of a driven and dynamic team, working with one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world.

You will be involved in all key elements of the marketing functions within the dealership, from planning events to managing daily social media posts. This is a fun, varied, and fast-paced role, and we are looking for a candidate who can add a creative flare to our marketing activities while ensuring all key KPIs are adhered to.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be articulate and confident, and have the necessary experience to carry out the duties of this important and exciting role. A strong work ethic and a passion for creating innovative and creative marketing campaigns are essential.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Ensuring all elements of margin-related guidelines and KPIs are met every month/quarter
  • Managing the integrity of both the manufacturer and dealership databases
  • Liaising with manufacturers and their marketing agencies to initiate, organise, and deliver marketing activities and events
  • Creating customer-specific campaigns
  • Managing and editing pages on Sytner and manufacturer websites
  • Using social media platforms to create and grow awareness of the dealership and products, with a flair for content creation and bringing new ideas to various platforms

You must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proficient in all social media platforms, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under strict deadlines.

Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance from the dealership.

Minimum experience required:

  • Previous marketing experience, education or workplace
  • Experience communicating confidently with customers face-to-face and via telephone/email
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours during peak times, with some travel and overnight stays
