JOB SUMMARY:

Implement global and local marketing strategies for Indian Motorcycles within the UK & Ireland, including a full range of models such as Scout, Bobber, and Heavyweight Bikes.

Coordinate with the EMEA Marketing Team, District Sales Managers, and local agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent regional branding and messaging.

Achieve objectives related to profitability, growth, market share, and brand quality by developing targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, materials, and retail initiatives for the UK & Ireland. Act as a liaison between local agencies, sales teams, and the Indian EMEA HQ in Switzerland. Focus areas include PR, media, strategy, events, and owner community development.

Events & Shows

  • Organize and attend promotional events across the UK & Ireland to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for each event, focusing on audience, messaging, and objectives.
  • Manage all marketing channels related to events, including email, online platforms, and social media.
  • Oversee demo fleet logistics, exhibitions, and event setup.

B2B & B2C Communication

  • Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools for accurate data management.
  • Build relationships with media, trade associations, and professional groups.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and customer engagement.
  • Support dealer communications, training, and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Enhance the Indian Motorcycle owner community through events and communication initiatives.
  • Align marketing strategies with global objectives and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Lead advertising and promotional activities across various channels, including digital, traditional, and strategic partnerships.
  • Customize corporate marketing to suit local B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Coordinate the launch of new models with stakeholders to ensure successful market entry.
  • Drive growth in market share across all product segments.
  • Collaborate with UK, Central European, and EMEA teams to share best practices and insights.
  • Analyze marketing performance, trends, and opportunities, providing regular reports.

Support & Meetings

  • Assist District Sales Managers and the Regional Director with strategic improvements.
  • Participate in marketing, management, and sales meetings to align efforts and strategies.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • A university degree in Marketing is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies, including agency management.
  • Strong experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with international or American companies is advantageous.
  • Adaptability and proactive attitude to achieve results.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and driving results.
  • Effective teamwork and influencing skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel within the territory, including remote locations and corporate events.
