Job Summary:

Implement global and local marketing strategies for Indian Motorcycles within the UK & Ireland, including Mid-Size and Heavyweight Bikes.

Partner with the EMEA Marketing Team, District Sales Managers, and local agencies on strategy and campaign development to ensure consistent execution.

Meet objectives for profitability, growth, market share, and quality by developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and retail initiatives. The role focuses on PR, media, strategy, events, and owner community development.

Events & Shows

• Organize and attend events across the UK & Ireland to boost brand exposure.
• Plan marketing strategies for each event.
• Manage all marketing channels for events.
• Handle demo fleet, exhibitions, and logistics.

B2B & B2C Communication

• Maintain CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Build relationships with media and professional groups.
• Develop social media strategies.
• Support dealer communications and training.
• Strengthen the Indian Motorcycle owner community.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage marketing budget.
• Lead advertising and promotions across channels.
