About you

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Marketing & Events Manager to help bring HiBob to life across UKI and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). You will own our Tier 1 event delivery in UKI and Tier 2 events across CEE, primarily Poland, creating standout experiences for prospects and customers while ensuring every event is connected to clear audience, pipeline and business outcomes. You will be comfortable balancing creative event delivery with the detail of project management, stakeholder alignment and performance reporting.

Job Requirements
  • Relevant experience planning and delivering B2B events, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience managing events end-to-end, including suppliers, budgets, logistics, audience acquisition and follow-up.
  • Strong project-management and organisational skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Commercial and data-minded, with an understanding of event metrics, attribution, pipeline and ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills; comfortable partnering with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams.
  • Based in the UK, with ability to work from the London office in line with HiBob's hybrid model and travel across UKI and CEE, particularly Poland. Polish language capability is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Tier 1 events in UKI and Tier 2 events across CEE, primarily Poland.
  • Build event plans with clear objectives, audience strategy, budgets, timelines, success measures and follow-up requirements.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing, Sales and BDR teams to drive audience acquisition from priority accounts and target audiences.
  • Manage venues, vendors, production, contracts, logistics, event assets and on-site delivery to create a high-quality HiBob experience.
  • Coordinate Sales/BDR briefings and post-event follow-up, ensuring event engagement is converted into measurable pipeline opportunities.
  • Draft event copy and landing-page content, and work with Product Marketing, Brand and speakers to ensure content and presentations are relevant and on brand.
  • Track registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline, conversion and ROI; share clear post-event insights and recommendations.
  • Research and recommend new events, formats and vendors, particularly across CEE, and continuously improve event processes and playbooks.
