Job summary

Berkeley Group in London seeks a Marketing Executive to support the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers across campaigns, PR and communications. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva and Copilot.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful with initiative and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Working with internal teams and external agencies to develop sales and marketing tools, including brochures, presentations, adverts, factsheets, local guides, newsletters, invitations, development models, CGI’s, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos and other ad-hoc materials.
• Proofreading of all marketing and sales collateral to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
• Supporting planning, coordination and delivery of events including sales launches, customer engagement activities, charity initiatives, placemaking projects and community events.
• Assisting in managing day-to-day presentation of marketing suites including external landscaping, signage and show homes.
• Supporting planning and organisation of photography shoots and management of assets.
• Collaborating with creative and media agencies to develop assets for print and digital advertising.
• Assisting with planning and delivery of content on group and development social media channels and monitoring engagement.
• Briefing regular email campaigns and monitoring effectiveness.
• Managing development web pages and portals with Berkeley Group digital teams to ensure accuracy and currency.
