We are seeking a Marketing & Events Executive for an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching and promoting a new luxury hospitality location on the Isle of Wight. The venue will offer lunch, dinner, weddings, private hire, and corporate events.

Our family-run client has a growing portfolio of hospitality venues.

About the Role

The Marketing Executive will support the Group Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

• Creating, publishing, and managing social media content and community engagement
• Managing website content and influencer/VIP marketing
• Assisting with event management and marketing in collaboration with the General Manager
• Implementing local marketing initiatives, including PR activities
• Building and maintaining B2B relationships locally and beyond
• Positioning the location as the premier wedding and events venue on the Island

About You

We seek an experienced marketer with a proactive attitude and ambition. The ideal candidate is a confident copywriter, enjoys content creation, and can work collaboratively to execute plans and identify opportunities for improvement. Organization, creativity, and process orientation are essential.

Preferred background in B2C marketing within events, retail, or hospitality sectors. Experience with Mailchimp and social media management is required.

Additional Details

Must hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Isle of Wight and our Surrey head office. Great opportunities for progression are available.
