What’s involved?

The role involves planning and coordinating marketing activities and events. Most responsibilities are based in Ringwood, with occasional paid travel for events. You will need to manage social media post planning, creation, and scheduling, coordinate activities with the international marketing team, process and action marketing materials and graphics, proofread and edit translated documents and texts. A degree in marketing, communication, social media, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all marketing inquiries.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
• Process requests for marketing materials from the network.
• Update marketing assets, including digital asset management and CRM systems.
• Proofread translated documents into English.
• Coordinate Merlo UK and Ireland event planning and implementation.
• Coordinate dealer and customer factory trips and related activities.
• Research and book suppliers, accommodations, and venues.
