Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to promote our services, support occupancy growth across care homes and strengthen our brand. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing disciplines at our Head Office overlooking Portland Harbour.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy
• Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials
• Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels
• Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly
• Working closely with care homes and services across the business to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and the effectiveness of marketing activity

You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines while working alongside a supportive and experienced team based at our stunning Head Office overlooking Portland Harbour.

How you'll make an impact

As part of the marketing team, you'll help bring our campaigns, events and communications to life by:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy
• Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials
• Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels
• Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly

You don't need extensive marketing experience to be successful in this role. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn.
