About the Role
This varied and fast-paced position involves supporting the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and strong organisational skills to help ensure smooth and engaging experiences for the audience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Keep the website updated with relevant and timely content
• Manage website news feeds and compile a monthly email newsletter
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and public relations activities
• Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms
• Support the production of a bi-monthly magazine, including digital distribution

Events Support

• Upload and manage event listings via Eventbrite and other platforms
• Provide administrative support for high-profile events and conferences
• Attend events as needed to engage with attendees and provide on-the-ground support
• Prepare materials such as delegate lists, name badges, and presentation slides
• Help ensure compliance with Health & Safety, insurance, and data protection requirements
• Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting
• Offer general administrative support to the wider team as needed

Skills and Experience

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools including social media tools
• A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
• Experience with Canva or similar design software is desirable
