The B2B Event Support Executive will coordinate and deliver seamless business-facing events and webinars that reflect the firm’s high standards. From concept to completion, you'll work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to turn ideas into high-impact experiences.
Role Highlights

– Support live and virtual event delivery, ensuring each moment runs like clockwork
– Manage logistics from venue booking to speaker briefs and post-event breakdown

You Will Need
– Prior experience delivering B2B events or webinars (agency or in-house)
– Proficiency with event platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
– Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
– Strong organisational attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities
– A degree or marketing qualification (CIM or IDM preferred)
