Job description

A leading B2B technology services company is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to elevate their marketing operations during a critical growth phase. This 8-month fixed-term contract offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact while covering maternity leave.

You'll step into a company with proven success & market leadership, armed with a solid marketing strategy that's ready for execution. Your mission? Scale this winning formula while building cutting-edge digital strategies to accelerate growth across key markets.

You'll manage a team of 5 direct reports across multiple markets while overseeing substantial marketing budgets ($1M+). Your strategic leadership will drive everything from brand positioning & integrated campaign development to marketing automation & performance analytics. You'll architect comprehensive digital strategies, lead high-impact revenue activations, & partner closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement & scale established marketing strategies across key growth markets
  • Architect & deploy comprehensive digital strategies to accelerate market growth
  • Lead multiple high-impact activations designed to create new revenue streams
  • Drive marketing automation, lead generation, & funnel optimization using HubSpot
  • Measure, analyze, & report on marketing performance & ROI across all initiatives
  • Develop thought leadership content & strategic marketing materials

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record managing large marketing budgets ($1M+)
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise (essential)
  • Strong B2B marketing background with sales/recruitment industry knowledge
  • Experience developing & scaling digital marketing strategies internationally
  • Team leadership across multiple markets/time zones
  • Data-driven decision maker with marketing performance measurement experience

Salary

  • $150K-$200K + performance bonus
