Job Description Summary

Accountable for the strategic and operational direction of our Neuroscience Brand Strategy, leading enterprise-wide teams to deliver sales and market share growth with full profit & loss accountability. The role will oversee existing brand indications and be responsible for launching new indications.

This role is based in the London office in the UK, on a hybrid working basis requiring 12 days per month in the office.

Major Accountabilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams in collaboration with other functional leaders (Market Access, Medical, Finance), building consensus and providing operational direction.
  2. Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan.
  3. Drive launch preparedness and execution across all functions (Commercial, Access, Medical).
  4. Manage profit and loss for the brand(s), actively overseeing performance.
  5. Monitor product performance, competitive environment, and customer base to adapt plans accordingly.
  6. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members, fostering a high-performance and engaged culture.
  7. Assess ROI of programs and collaborate with Solutions, PRMs, Market Access, Medical, Governmental Affairs, and P&O to ensure proper execution.
  8. Present strategies and action plans to senior management to address threats or market changes.
  9. Represent the UK in calls with regional and global teams, contributing to strategic decisions.

Role Requirements
  • Proven people management and leadership experience.
  • Strong marketing background from a large pharmaceutical company, including launch experience.
  • Experience in Neuroscience Disease Area and understanding of patient journeys is beneficial.
  • HTA experience is a plus, especially relevant to the UK environment.
