A leading publishing company in the UK is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to manage a team and drive innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level marketing experience within publishing and demonstrate strong team leadership and strategic thinking skills. Location: This role can be based at our London, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Newcastle, or Bristol office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and home working (2 days) per week.

A positive, energetic self-starter, the successful candidate will have proven senior level marketing experience within publishing, as well as strong team leadership experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent business and commercial understanding, who is able to effectively lead a return on investment (ROI) focused team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
They will have proven experience of leading high-level marketing and brand campaigns, and will bring creativity, consumer understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the market to both their own campaigns and those of their team.
