About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Director to lead our growing marketing function through its next phase of scaling. Reporting into the CRO, you’ll be responsible for executing our refreshed go-to-market strategy, embedding our brand identity, and driving demand through intelligent, data-led campaigns. You’ll bring leadership and structure to an existing team of four, and use your experience with AI, automation and performance marketing to elevate our marketing impact. This role is ideal for someone who has grown a B2B marketing team in a scale-up environment, knows how to get things done, and is as comfortable executing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves.
