A leading global communications agency in London is seeking a Marketing Director to shape its market presence. In this role, you will define the marketing strategy and execute it across various channels, ensuring the agency is recognized as a leading authority in media. The ideal candidate has extensive marketing experience, particularly in a media agency, and excels at building relationships and managing high-profile events.

As Marketing Director, you will own Publicis Media’s market presence and thought‑leadership in the UK. Reporting to the CGO/COO, you’ll define and execute a clear, compelling voice for our proposition. This is a dual strategic‑and‑hands‑on role: you’ll set the marketing strategy and key messaging to go-to-market, work cross‑functionally with our agency brands, and lead execution across digital channels, video content and industry events to ensure we remain top of mind among senior marketing leaders.
You’ll partner closely with the CGO on overarching messaging, collaborate with Starcom, Zenith and Spark Foundry on awards and success stories, and develop co‑marketing initiatives with industry names and platforms. Your ultimate goal: position Publicis Media as an easy‑to‑find, go‑to authority in media and marketing.
