We're partnered with a market-leading and award-winning organisation within the Health & Beauty sector, who are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive strategic brand growth and lead a high-performing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, delivering impactful marketing strategies for a diverse range of brands across various categories in the H&B space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team to execute innovative and effective marketing strategies.
2. Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective marketing solutions.
3. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and strong return on investment.
4. Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing strategic marketing guidance.
5. Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning and engagement.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise brand performance across multiple channels.
7. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance client partnerships.
8. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and market leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven leadership experience in marketing within the Health & Beauty, OTC, or Consumer Goods sectors.
2. Strong strategic thinking with a track record of successfully leading marketing teams.
3. Expertise in managing third-party agencies and delivering high-quality, cost-effective results.
4. Knowledge of key retail and e-commerce channels, including pharmacy, grocery, and online marketplaces.
5. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to drive decision-making.
6. Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. International experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (CIM qualifications preferred).
2. Ideally 10 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles.
