We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing across Six Company’s portfolio of brands. With our fast-paced model—launching new menus every six weeks and running campaigns across multiple cities—this role is critical to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of campaigns that drive bookings, engagement, and revenue.

You’ll bring structure, strategy, and executional excellence to our growing team—maximising the value of our marketing spend and turning great ideas into high-impact delivery. This is a key leadership hire and a strategic investment in scaling our brand successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across all brands and channels.
  • Translate business goals into campaign plans that drive growth, retention, and brand equity.
  • Oversee the campaign calendar and marketing planning process in collaboration with Finance and Ops.

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Lead all integrated campaign development—brand, performance, content, experiential.
  • Ensure each 6-week menu launch is flawlessly executed and commercially impactful.
  • Oversee marketing content, creative alignment, and brand storytelling.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across content, campaigns, digital, partnerships, and local marketing.
  • Implement clear workflows, responsibilities, and performance goals.

Performance & Insights

  • Work with Data and Finance to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise spend.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture and use insights to refine campaigns.

Customer Growth & Retention

  • Lead customer acquisition, loyalty, and CRM strategies.
  • Champion segmentation and targeted journey development to increase lifetime value.

Partnerships & Local Activation

  • Support PR, creator, and local marketing activity to amplify campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment across cities and regional teams.

  • Strong background in brand building, campaign delivery, and performance marketing.
  • Confident people leader with a track record of growing high-performing teams.
