Job description

This highly commercial role is focussed on growing the number of leads passed through to our sales teams. You will take responsibility for driving lead generating activities, build local marketing plans with sales managers and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure strong conversion into appointments and sales.

Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Advertising & Media Planning – Oversee digital and traditional advertising, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum ROI.
  • To be completely on top of lead numbers, how they perform and where they convert, constantly tweaking activity in response
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation – Identify and implement strategies to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams – Work closely with sales teams to deliver marketing materials and develop local marketing plans, events and other activities
  • Budget Management – Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise lead generation.
  • Affiliate Management – Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and commercial goals.
  • Content & Messaging – Ensure all marketing materials and communications are engaging, brand-consistent, and drive lead interest.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven Experience in Lead Generation Marketing – Ideally within property, holiday home ownership, or high-value B2C sales.

  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Strong ability to develop and manage lead acquisition campaigns.

  • Project Management – Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.

  • Commercially Driven – Results-focused mindset with a passion for achieving ambitious lead targets.

  • Creative & Analytical – Balancing creativity in marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.

  • Using Analytics Tools & CRM Systems – Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Managing Marketing Budgets – Demonstrated ability to drive efficient spend for lead acquisition.

  • Working with Sales Teams – Experience in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.

  • Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising Experience – Running successful paid and organic campaigns.

This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch, but travel will be required as part of the role.

The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This would cover our events we do across the year like the New Forest Show.
