A leading company is seeking a Marketing Direct Campaigns Manager to develop and manage lead generation marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, oversee budget management, and ensure compelling marketing materials while contributing to achieving ambitious sales targets.

This highly commercial role is focussed on growing the number of leads passed through to our sales teams. You will take responsibility for driving lead generating activities, build local marketing plans with sales managers and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure strong conversion into appointments and sales.
Summary of Main Tasks/Duties:
Knowledge, Experience, Skills & Attributes:
Proven Experience in Lead Generation Marketing – Ideally within property, holiday home ownership, or high-value B2C sales.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Strong ability to develop and manage lead acquisition campaigns.
Project Management – Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
Commercially Driven – Results-focused mindset with a passion for achieving ambitious lead targets.
Creative & Analytical – Balancing creativity in marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.
Using Analytics Tools & CRM Systems – Experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Managing Marketing Budgets – Demonstrated ability to drive efficient spend for lead acquisition.
Working with Sales Teams – Experience in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising Experience – Running successful paid and organic campaigns.
This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is based at our Group Support office in Christchurch, but travel will be required as part of the role.
The nature of our business necessitates that successful applicant may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This would cover our events we do across the year like the New Forest Show.
