What you'll be doing
As our Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in shaping Cygnus’s creative processes and design work. From designing print assets, to digital design, written content, and even photography and videography, you will be entrusted to create a range of marketing outputs.
This valued, design-driven role reports into the Campaign Manager within a creative marketing team. Day-to-day, this designer will support a junior designer and work closely with other areas of the business, so will need to be a collaborative team player. Within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to creative processes in a receptive and forward-thinking environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned designer with 3-5 years’ experience, to work within a small, close-knit marketing team.

Joining a friendly and welcoming team, you will be able to use your full range of design skills and contribute to ideation across a range of global contexts and campaigns. This is an on-site role, working in a modern office space in Dorchester. The newly refurbished site includes a dedicated marketing office, an events space, a studio for photography and videography, as well a light, open communal kitchen and a lovely garden area.
This is role is offered on a 4-day per week basis (Monday-Thursday), either full time (35 hours) compressed over those days, or part time (30 hours).
