We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to kick off their career in marketing while earning a degree. If you're a natural storyteller who’s digitally switched-on, loves learning, and wants to help shape the future of education — this is your chance.

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (includes study time)

Salary:

Apprentice rate, with opportunities for salary increases as you progress through the apprenticeship

Job Overview – What We Are Looking For

You will support campaigns reaching prospective learners, employers, and partners via social media, digital ads, events, and more. Each day offers new challenges, and your work will help people take their next step in education.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
  • Content creation: Develop marketing materials and promotional content, including graphics, photography, and videography.
  • Social media management: Manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Website updates: Maintain the company website to ensure content is current and relevant.
  • Email marketing: Design and send monthly newsletters using Mailchimp to communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders.
  • Event support: Assist in organizing and attending exhibitions, job fairs, high school visits, open days, and promotional events.
  • Learner engagement: Make calls to prospective learners to provide information and encourage sign-ups.
  • Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest innovative strategies.
What Background Do I Need to Have?
  • Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE Mathematics and English.
  • Achieved CCC, A-Levels, or working towards AAT qualification (desirable).
  • Eligibility to undertake a Degree Apprenticeship in Finance.
