Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Data Scientist (Marketing) to develop and deploy advanced ML models, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines.

You will analyze large datasets, communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and help integrate DS insights into product workflows while upholding data ethics and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Strong Python or R programming skills.
• Experience with ML techniques and statistical modelling.
• Proficient in data visualization to communicate findings.
• Experience with large, complex datasets.
• Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and collaboration.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English.
